BodyF1RST is sold to employers for their workforce, and is also available to
individuals directly. The product is one mobile app rather than a suite.

## What the platform covers

- Fitness — programs matched to a goal and starting point, with a calendar, weekly totals and wearable sync.
- Nutrition — meal plans, macro and water tracking, logged by barcode, photo or search.
- Mindset — daily check-ins, guided breathing, journaling, meditation and CBT courses.
- AI Coach — always-on coaching that adapts to what was actually completed.
- Body Points — points earned for workouts, watching videos, logging meals and challenges. Body Points are issued as $BPT (BodyPointToken), a crypto token that can be redeemed for products and rewards or traded on SimpleDex. Talk to a Doctor (virtual primary care), In Person Urgent Care (Cash-for-Care
network), Lab Program (QuestSelect), Pharmacy Care (MedImpact), Mental Health
(unlimited counseling, 24/7/365), Care Navigator (provider and billing
advocacy). Availability depends on the organization's plan.
